I’ve been working in design since 2016, combining experience across visual identity, digital products, research, and service design, with a current focus on research and service design. This background, shaped by strategy, brand, interface, and operations, has given me different perspectives to look at problems in layers, from what people see to what happens behind the scenes.
I currently work as a Service Designer and UX Researcher. I conduct in-depth interviews, connect what I hear with product usage data, and turn those findings into personas, journeys, and blueprints. Dialogue is central to how I work.
My purpose in design is to identify interdependencies and uncover where connections break down, turning what is fragmented into a systemic view. This can take the form of a strategy, an artefact, or an interface. The objective is the same: to make complex relationships more understandable and accessible to different people and contexts.
